Impressionist painter Pam Ingalls has had a growing US and international audience for over a decade. She makes her home in the Pacific Northwest and shows regularly on Vashon Island, where the original collaboration that became Chatwin was born. "V is for Vashon" is her tribute to the island she calls home - a collection of 26 paintings showing the A to Z of this magical place. A true collaboration between friends, the book grew from a conversation between Pam and Annie, our Design Director, and then Pam asked her neighbor Tom Conway to write a page to accompany each painting - almost like the words are illustrating the artwork. The result is beautiful, inviting, and vibrant.
This beautiful paperback book is one of the first in our art books series, the perfect gift for locals and visitors alike.
