Chatwin was co-founded by the owner of an ABA-member indie bookstore, Phil Bevis of Arundel Books in Seattle. Our discounts and policies are intended to motivate and support indie stores to carry our books, with an economically sustainable model. We only accept orders for brick and mortar stores and do not distribute through online discounters.

Chatwin’s Wholesale Terms

• Standard 40% discount* on most titles.

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoicing. For first time customers, we request that you make payment before we ship your order.

• We accept returns for unused items still in brand-new condition.

• Buyer pays shipping.

• For first time customers, please send us a copy of your resellers permit.

To place a wholesale order, please email molli@chatwinbooks.com. Please include a list of the items you wish to purchase, what quantity, a phone number, billing address, and a good shipping address. We will email you a quoted invoice. Once you approve your invoice, we will get your order packaged and shipped as soon as possible.
